now on an afternoon in May definitely over-challenged the heating system in our fabulous workspace in Binningen on Saturday. All participants, wrapped in thick clothes but yet in good spirits embarked on a rollercoaster journey to experience their creativity last weekend.
For me, seeing the participants – despite the cold – totally focused on their works, mixing colours and getting familiar with the Cold Wax Medium and all the mark making tools and stencils was really touching.
Taking advantage of the creative freedom, trusting intuition and spontaneity instead of setting and reaching a certain goal was definitely a challenge but unleashed a lot of potential and great works. On Sunday evening everybody left energised, inspired and amazed by what was achieved in two days.
It was a great start into a new adventure. The next Intuitive Painting Workshop will take place on the weekend of August 17/18, 2019 and the third one on the weekend of November 9/10, 2019, during the ARTE Binningen.
A big thank you also to Werkstadt5 who kindly hosted us, my husband Pit who saved us with an excellent Spaghetti lunch on Saturday and took all the pictures.
