The Lawyers Circle is a new and unique workshop format designed specifically for lawyers.
Through creative, visual prompts and guided reflection, the program strenghtens soft skills such as self-awareness, authenticity, focus, communication, and the ability to give and receive feedback—competencies that are becoming increasingly important in the legal profession for building trust and credibility with clients and teams, as well as for successfully navigating constant change.
What makes this workshop special is the integration of artistic and creative work in the studio with guided reflection. In an inspiring environment, we create space for new perspectives and personal growth—practical, effective, and sustainable.
This one-day workshop concept is based on our many years of experience in both the worlds of art and law, and is aimed at lawyers who wish to develop themselves—personally and professionally—with greater clarity, empathy, and impact amid a changing professional landscape.
No previous artistic experience or talent is required. The focus is not on technique, but on experiencing and reflecting within the creative process.
The workshop is co-led by Peter Kornicker and Bettina Egli Sennhauser.

The regular participation fee is CHF 950 per person, including all materials, meals, and in-depth guidance from Peter Kornicker and Bettina Egli Sennhauser, who will lead the workshop together.
